There are actually two deeds to this property made on the same day. One to Frank & Irene Reid and one to a John Reid of the same address. A Paul Reid in NY is also involved

 

Edward A. Kiely was Dodi's long time attorney. His power of attorney appears on many of the deeds to the Mastic Beach property. In the 1920's, he was a Mastic Beach resident and sold property on Aspen Road to Dodi.
