SEA SLEDS TODAY
It seems hard to believe that there
are so few Sea Sleds left today. During Knapp's ownership alone
they produced 6,000 boats in 9 years. The total amount of time
the company was active or semi active with Hickman involved in
it was 43 years 1913 -1956. In the past few years I have found
less than 5 surviving boats and the majority are under 20 foot
outboards.
Where Did They All Go?
If you know where there are any
or you have photos of any I would enjoy hearing from you.
