MASTIC PARK GENERAL STORE & POST OFFICE

circa 1930's
I'm not sure who the first propietor was I know that Charles Trywusch (the first Mastic Postmaster) and his father in law built it in the 1920's. Charlie also built The Mastic Beach Store. I know Hans C. Anderson ran it in the 30s & '40's. In the '50's & 60's it was known as McCleans Market. The post office moved next door and a box front was added to the building . Today it is a Spanish market. I wonder what the little dogs name was?
